2024 Pratt K-12 Faculty Fellowship Project - High School of Advanced Math and
Science, John F. Kennedy Campus, Bronx, NY
A collaborative art and design curriculum and participatory
workshop series focusing on the impact of public art projects on
community development. Students are introduced to the process of
conceptualizing and co-designing inclusive public art and projects, and
reflect on how these in turn can affect community dynamics, interaction
and behavior. Informed by their own research interests, they ideate,
prototype and implement self-led projects to create equitable spaces that
address the needs within their own communities

Participatory workshop and installation weaving and knitting repurposed
plastic. Co- organized with artist and Pratt Civic Engagement Fellow Mary Mattingly, with the participation of
Pratt students and the public in conjunction with the exhibition Ballots not Bullets at White Box
